Biography

Bryan was born and raised in eastern Iowa and attended the University of Iowa graduating in 2003 with a B.A. Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. He then moved to the Des Moines area while he attended Drake Law School and remained after graduating and passing the bar in 2006. In 2007, he passed the Illinois bar and was also admitted into the Southern District of Iowa in federal court. He is currently practicing throughout central and southern Iowa, especially in Polk, Warren and Marion Counties. Bryan initially practiced at another local firm before joining Carr & Wright in 2011, as he saw the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing firm. Bryan brings passion, energy and extensive knowledge of complex family and juvenile law issues. He understands the stresses that these situations place on the client and their families. His experience in litigating and settling highly charged family and juvenile law matters combined with his experiences as a mediator have given him the perspective and knowledge necessary to aid clients in securing the best outcomes. He takes great pride in being able to guide clients through what can be a very difficult process emotionally while ensuring that the client always knows that he will represent them in the manner they want. In addition to family and juvenile law, Bryan also specializes in criminal defense, mediation, appeals and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Bryan is happily married and resides in the Des Moines Metro area.
